Refund policy

To exercise your right of withdrawal as a private individual, you have a period of 15 days from the delivery of the ordered products to return them to us. You must inform us by email at return@scooternaut.com with a receipt or proof of purchase before sending the product back to us.

In case of a return, the products should not have been used and must be returned to us in their original condition to allow for their resale as new items. If the product is returned damaged or dirty, we reserve the right to reduce the amount to be refunded to the customer accordingly, with justification.

The right to a refund is only valid if the item is actually delivered to us. Use a traceable shipping service, especially if you are outside Swiss territory. The post office will provide you with a receipt; please keep it safe as it will serve as proof of return in case of package loss and will facilitate the refund process.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send you an email informing you that it has been received and the amount to be refunded. If approved, a credit will be applied to your original payment method. Standard fees may be deducted from your refund due to the payment gateway service involved in the transaction. The refund will be processed promptly.


Refunded Amount


If the product was delivered in Switzerland, standard Post Economy return fees will be reimbursed.
If the product was initially delivered outside Switzerland: shipping and return fees are non-refundable. Any import duties and taxes that may apply when the item returns to Switzerland will be deducted from the refund value. To try to avoid these costs, we recommend clearly stating on the outside of the package that the item has no commercial value and is a product return.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to professional clients (companies, associations, etc.).


Late or Missing Refunds


If you have not yet received your refund, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company and bank as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted. If you have done all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us at return@scooternaut.com.


Warranty


We sincerely hope that your products will last a long time. If you encounter any issues with our products, we will do our best to assist you. All our products come with a 24-month warranty from the date of product receipt.

Scooternaut guarantees that our products will be free from material and manufacturing defects for a period of two years from the date of purchase. If you discover a material or manufacturing defect during the warranty period, we will replace or refund, at our sole discretion, all or part of the product cost, subject to the following conditions:

1. The product was purchased directly on our website.
2. The damage or malfunction is determined solely by us to be due to a material or manufacturing defect and not due to an accident or owner negligence.
