1 - Delivery in Switzerland

All your parcels are sent by Swiss Post - Swiss PostPac Economy - 3 working days after dispatch. Free up to 3 Scooternauts.

All orders are shipped on Wednesdays, Fridays, or Saturdays. We will try to be faster, but our team is small for now. Thank you for your understanding.

Delivery times are indicative and non-contractual.

2 - Delivery outside of Switzerland

We deliver to: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, Finland, France, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, and Sweden.

All your parcels are sent by post from France - Colissimo. Delivery times vary depending on the destination country. For France - 2 to 3 working days after dispatch. Free for 1 Scooternaut.

Parcels outside of Switzerland are shipped only on Fridays or Saturdays.

3 - Unclaimed Parcel

If a parcel is not claimed by the buyer, shipping costs will be charged to us by the carrier for sending the parcel to the customer and then for returning the parcel to our depot. Therefore, we will be obliged to recharge the full cost of these expenses to the customer.
